Muscle Therapy Along With Chiropractic Care

Muscle Therapy is a form of treatment that has been developed by Garry Luke. It utilizes functional movement based techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling and corrective exercise to get you out of pain and your body performing at its best.

You may not expect it, but Muscle Therapy is extremely important to add alongside your Chiropractic Care.  in a typical Chiropractic Adjustment, you have adjusted the vertebrae to it's original position which can add relief, however, there has been a substantial amount of pressure put on the nerves and muscles surrounding the bones.

Myofascial release is something I do for my patients to allow the muscles to relax and but using a "hands-on" therapy. This can work wonders for anyone with an injury, muscle trauma, bone trauma or anything that would hinder your muscles from getting relief after an adjustment.

What Can Muscle Therapy Help You Overcome?

Poor Blood Circulation

If you have poor circulation to your hands, legs, shoulders or any other extremity, this can be a very uncomfortable, and potentially dangerous, symptom.

Shoulder Pain

It is important to release the muscles of the chest and shoulder to take the pressure off the tendons.

Migraines & Headaches automatic waterer part

Migraines & Headaches

Migarines and heachaches are a tricky thing to diagnose. There may be a physical problem such as a pinched nerve causing the issue.

Lower Back Pain automatic waterer part

Lower Back Pain

The tendons and muscles in your lower back can be extremely tight. This can cause limited mobility and extreme pain when bending over.

Small Joint Pain (Repetitive Strain Injuries) automatic waterer part

Small Joint Pain (Repetitive Strain Injuries)

Repetitive use of smaller joints can cause a lot of unwanted pain and inflammation. Using Muscle therapy to release the muscles can help you overcome the injuries faster.

Foot Pain or Plantar Fasciitis automatic waterer part

Foot Pain or Plantar Fasciitis

There is a lot of pressure placed through this connective tissue and it absorbs the shock through the foot. If you get a tear in the plantar fascia or and irritated area then it will become painful and walking or running will become near impossible.
